What are the goals for the Sharks? I cannot speak for the whole team but my goals for them are, from short term to long term,

- Give 110% on the next play
- Win the game
- Win the next game
- Finish first in the league
- Beat the Göttingen Generals
- Win the Göttingen Bowl XI
